I had a special fall occasion I wanted to dress appropriately for. I felt feminine and striking in dark green. It’s a beautiful colour to wear in early fall before the leaves start to change.

Dress – Aritzia Babaton Scarab (Dark Green) Hamptons V-Neck Dress

When I went into the Artizia store, I initially had another dress in mind that must of been summer stock. After trying on a few dresses, I landed on this dark green one. The silhouette is elegant with the midi-length and high slit that gives the dress movement. The open back is also a beautiful dainty detail.

Shoes – Cole Haan Black Ramsey Cutout Leather Ballet Flats

These black leather flats were my first Cole Haan shoes. The pointy-toed shape is classic, and I feel like they replicate the look of heels without the height.

Jewellery – Kate Spade New York Gold Brilliant Statements Crystal Trio Prong Studs, Kate Spade New York Gold-Tone Stone Hinged Bracelet, and Fossil Dark Green Leather Carlie Mini Three-Hand Watch

After a year of researching designer watches, I decided on an affordable dark green Fossil watch that looks emerald in the light. Instead of investing in one designer watch that tries to match everything, I’d rather have a collection of affordable watches that are unique and colourful.

A berry magenta nail polish that compliments my dark green dress.

Lipstick – Maybelline New York Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick in Pathfinder

A berry magenta liquid lipstick that matches my nail polish and doesn’t transfer on my face mask. I love this colour because it’s bold like a red-lip but not as dramatic.
